In January our team was formed with 6 guys, and 7 girls. Team planning started with a meeting with Lisa and Tammi from Caroline's Promise. The team got to talk about ideas, plans, and what Guatemala was like. We also got to take a personal test about ourselves. It was interesting to learn about each other.

February, was our first official team meeting just with us 13 together. Daniel and Tripp shared with what we would be going in regards to Children's ministry and Electrical/painting projects. Also, we started learning our song Zacchaeus in Spanish. If you wanted a good laugh you should have been there. Keep in mind this was the first time most of us had heard it in Spanish, or spoke Spanish. We are so thankful we have Nixa going on this trip with us, to help us translate.
